  • prospective customers on our website and patients in our practise
  • all other people in contact with our practise (e.g. authorised representatives of patients, legal guardians of patients, colleagues of juristic personnel, people who access our website) 

Personal data will be collected when you are in contact with us through e.g the telephone or e-mail to make an appointment.

We process the following data:

  • personal specification (e.g. first and last name, address, date and place of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, insurance status) 
  • data regarding your online behaviour and preferences (e.g. IP-address, unique features of mobile terminals, data regarding your visit on our website, devices with which you accessed our website)

Information regarding children will only be processed if given by a legal guardian.

If specific functions on our website rely on contracted service providers, we will inform you in clause 5 of this privacy policy about the specific processes. We will also give you the fixed criteria for the duration of storage of your data.

  • request status/HTTPS status code
